What You'll Do as a Shipping Clerk: Prepare and package outgoing orders to meet company and customer requirements Verify shipments by checking product quantities, labels, and documentation Process shipments using major carrier systems and coordinate freight logistics Schedule pickups and communicate with carriers to ensure timely deliveries Maintain accurate records in the warehouse or ERP systems Load and unload materials using equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts Stage shipments and keep the shipping area organized and efficient Partner with production and inventory teams to meet daily shipping goals Identify and resolve shipping discrepancies or delays Support a clean, safe, and organized work environment Skills and Experience What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate: Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution setting Basic computer skills, including data entry and shipping software Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift We don't hire temps, we hire TEAMMATES!
