The Recruitment Specialist/HR Generalist will be a key contributor within a large HR team, reporting directly to the HR Director. This role focuses on supporting talent acquisition and HR functions across all departments, ensuring effective recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations activities without travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage talent acquisition efforts across all departments.
- Coordinate employee onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration.
- Maintain HR compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Organize and facilitate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
- Support employee relations initiatives and resolve workplace issues.
- Screen candidates to identify the best talent fit.
- Implement and enforce HR policies throughout the organization.
- Administer employee benefits programs effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment and HR roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong capabilities in employee relations and interviewing techniques.
- Skilled in onboarding processes and effective communication.
- Excellent problem solving and time management skills.
