The successful candidate will manage internal quality programs and workflows, overseeing outsourced inspection providers and communicating progress to leadership. This position requires a blend of engineering understanding and program management expertise to facilitate collaboration across various internal teams and external partners.Key Responsibilities:Oversee end-to-end quality program workflows for mechanical components.Lead and document process improvement initiatives within the quality program.Manage third-party inspection services and assess provider performance.Develop and maintain quality dashboards and performance reports.Facilitate quality forums and supplier business reviews.Must-Have Skills:Proven ability to manage programs and drive cross-functional initiatives.Strong skills in reporting, data analysis, and KPI tracking.Experience managing vendors and third-party service providers.Experience in data center or mission-critical infrastructure manufacturing is preferred for this role.
