Job Description
The Plaza at Clover Lake is seeking a reliable and professional Concierge / Front Desk Attendant to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring the safety, security, and satisfaction of our residents and visitors.
Shifts Available:
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay Rate:
$18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist all residents, guests, and visitors
Monitor and document all individuals entering and exiting the building
Ensure residents sign in and out as required
Answer incoming calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate department
Respond to emergencies by contacting 911 and notifying appropriate personnel
Maintain a professional and courteous front desk presence at all times
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Prior front desk or concierge experience preferred (but not required)
Pre-employment screening includes physical, background and drug screen.
