Marketing Operations Coordinator

Support hiring across Portland and NYC locations by screening applications, conducting initial phone screens, and tracking candidates from application to hire Administer onboarding paperwork, track progress, and facilitate communications for new studio team members Create, audit, and update studio operations SOPs, training manuals, and onboarding materials Support internal messaging and campaign-specific training for studio team members Manage Loyalsnap/CRM audience segmentation, automations, and client lifecycle processes for conversion, winbacks, and retention Execute campaign emails and text communications for local events, newsletters, and policy updates Coordinate scheduling and execution of local photo and video shoots with the Social Media Growth Lead and studio teams Provide operational and staffing support for local Portland events and drive client acquisition and conversion strategy Plan and schedule specialized community programming, including local BIPOC classes Partner with local businesses and organizations on activations to foster community and drive studio leads Partner with Studio Managers on event planning, scheduling, execution, team readiness, client engagement, and lead acquisition Receive, inventory, and coordinate retail product distribution across Portland studios Input and update new retail products in the point-of-sale system Requirements Primary residence must be in the greater Portland area Must work in both the support center office and the 5 local Portland area studios Alignment with barre3 Core Values: Practice Authenticity, Stronger Together, Love of Learning, Give Generously, Make It Happen Ability to work independently while upholding a high standard of excellence in execution Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills Initiative, self-motivation, adaptability and flexibility Strong interpersonal, organizational, attention to detail, analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills Empathy while maintaining firm boundaries Experience or proficiency with Google Workspace, Loom, Canva, and Loyalsnap/CRM is referenced in the responsibilities Core Competencies Demonstrates strong operational support capabilities, including candidate screening, onboarding facilitation, and community programming planning.
