TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified OR RN in Arlington, Virginia, 22202!

Job Opportunity – OR RN / Surgical Services – Virginia

Start Date: November 16, 2026

Location: Arlington, Virginia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM). No weekends or holidays. Late stay sign-up required. 13-week assignment.

Highlights:

• Outpatient surgical pavilion with 6 operating rooms and average daily census of 35 patients
• Diverse case mix including Orthopedics, Breast/Plastics, Urology, GYN, General Surgery, Podiatry, and Ophthalmology
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• No weekend or holiday coverage required
• 24 hours of orientation with comprehensive onboarding support
• Interdisciplinary team support including IV teams, pharmacy, radiology, and rapid response

Requirements:

• Active Virginia RN license (must be in hand at time of application)
• BLS certification required; ACLS and CNOR preferred
• Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience required
• Proficiency in ambulatory OR and laparoscopic-assisted cases required
• Experience scrubbing multiple surgical specialties including General Surgery, GYN, Orthopedics, Plastics, Urology, Podiatry, and ENT
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered per CMS guidelines)
• Epic EMR experience strongly preferred; mandatory Epic training (1-2 days) based on experience level
• Previous charge experience and trauma center experience preferred
• Smoke/nicotine-free facility compliance required
