Job overview:

Provide daily leadership and direction to Inventory Control associates and Material Handlers, coordinating workflow and prioritizing tasks to meet operational goals
Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and corrective actions, while training, coaching, and mentoring team members on procedures and safety standards
Monitor compliance with inventory and quality standards, troubleshoot discrepancies, and track performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
