Inventory Control LeadWe are seeking an experienced Inventory Control & Replenishment Lead to help oversee inventory accuracy, replenishment, and warehouse inventory operations. This position will work closely with warehouse leadership, operations, systems teams, and senior leadership to identify inventory issues, improve processes, and keep product moving efficiently.Leading e-commerce and retail accelerator that helps brands grow across marketplaces. The company provides end-to-end services including fulfillment, logistics, technology, brand management, analytics, and marketing.What's in it for you?Competitive salary, based on experienceHealth, dental, vision, long term disability, and life insurance benefitsUnlimited PTO and paid holidays401(k) Retirement plan with company matchAccess to full suite of mental health wellness tools for you and your familyInventory Control Lead Details:Direct hire position$ 19.00 to $ 24.00 / hourFull time work availableWeekend work requiredSecond shift (Monday through Friday from 12:00pm to 08:30pm)Build and execute productivity plans based on forecasts, operational needs, and customer impactPartner with managers and warehouse teams to share best practices and resolve day-to-day inventory and replenishment challengesLead daily inventory control operations across multiple shifts to ensure all counts are accurate and discrepancies are resolved promptlyConduct both scheduled and unscheduled cycle counts, location audits, and full inventory validationsInventory Control Lead Qualifications:Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skillsSenior presence with thoughtful, articulate communication styleExperience with picking and packing both direct to consumer and business to business orders.Experience operating within multiple warehouse management systems.Physical Requirements:Able to sit, stand, squat, walk, and maneuver within shipping station areas for 8-10 hours per dayAbility to consistently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbsApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
