Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' mental health concerns, developing detailed and personalized care plans.

• Facilitate crisis intervention for students in immediate need, offering support and resources swiftly and effectively.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and school administrators, to design integrated support approaches that promote student success.

• Provide psychoeducation to students and families, empowering them with knowledge and strategies to navigate emotional challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions tailored to the unique demographic of school-aged clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents who may face various challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. You will engage with diverse populations, providing an opportunity to influence a broad spectrum of individual circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active LCSW license issued by the state of New Jersey.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting clinical evaluations and formulating individualized treatment plans.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an ability to establish rapport with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical social work role, preferably in a school or child-focused setting.
