Job Title: AI Solution Architect IT Operations (AIOps)

Location: Remote | Travel: Up to 50%

We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect IT Operations to design and implement enterprise-grade AI, GenAI, and AIOps solutions across Service Desk, Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Applications, EUC, and Observability.

Key Requirements:

8 10+ years of experience in IT Operations, ITSM, ITOM, Infrastructure, or Application Support .
4 5+ years of experience in AI/GenAI/AIOps solution architecture .
Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Observability, AIOps, and automation .
Experience with ServiceNow, Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, GCP, Splunk, Dynatrace , or similar platforms.
Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI, and multi-agent frameworks .
Proficiency in Python and experience with Java/Node.js for enterprise integrations.
Experience with APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, Databricks, and telemetry pipelines .
Knowledge of Knowledge Graphs and ontology-based architectures .
Strong experience in RFP solutioning, client presentations, demos, and architecture defense .
Ability to translate AI solutions into measurable business outcomes such as MTTR reduction, ticket deflection, and automation coverage .
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and solution-design skills.

Preferred: Experience designing platform-agnostic AI solutions and integrating leading AI platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, and Google Gemini .
