We are seeking a Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will work directly with homeowners in residential communities to introduce company solutions, build strong customer relationships, and guide clients through the project process from initial consultation to completion.

The ideal candidate is confident, goal-oriented, and enjoys working independently while engaging with people face-to-face. You will play a key role in managing client accounts, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout each project, earning commission of 30% net profit upon the completion of work. Commission ranges from $2,000~$5,000+ take home pay per job completion. We offer Salary + commission for the first 30 days with paid training.

This is a position with opportunities for professional growth, leadership development, and performance-based advancement. Company vehicles and Gas card are offered, no personal vehicles required during work hours.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners in assigned residential areas to discuss company services and solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Conduct consultations and assess customer needs
• Manage customer accounts and oversee projects from start to completion
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer portfolio and project execution
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and project updates
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior Sales experience Preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Self-motivated with a positive and outgoing attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Prior experience in customer relations, account management, or client-facing roles is preferred
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade potential clients effectively; additional training available
• Familiarity with CRM software's or similar platforms for managing customer relationships
• Demonstrated ability to handle conversations
