Standardize processes and drive performance through key metrics.Team Development & Recruitment:Hire, mentor, and develop engineering talent. Build succession plans and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Technology & Capability Advancement:Lead innovation by researching, developing, and deploying advanced manufacturing technologies.
