MEP Project Manager

Role Description The MEP Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ardmore, PA, responsible for overseeing all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) aspects of construction projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating MEP design and installation, reviewing and managing submittals, monitoring budgets and schedules, and ensuring work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality standards. The role involves close collaboration with project owners, architects, engineers, trade partners, and internal project teams to resolve technical issues, maintain safety and compliance, and support successful project delivery. The MEP Project Manager will also participate in progress meetings, prepare status reports, and proactively identify risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including plumbing design and installation. Demonstrated project management experience in commercial construction, with skills in scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder communication. Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and financial tracking for MEP scopes of work. Experience managing and reviewing submittals, RFIs, change orders, and construction documentation. Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards related to MEP systems. Ability to lead cross-functional teams, solve technical problems, and make informed decisions under time and budget constraints. Competence with construction management software and basic office productivity tools. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Previous experience with large or complex projects in sectors such as education, healthcare, housing, or gaming is beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
