Non-Attorney Represented Bodily Injury Associate Manager

Associate Manager, Non-Attorney Represented Bodily Injury The Associate Manager is responsible for delivering an exceptional agent and customer experience through efficient, high-quality chat-based claims and inquiry support. They lead a team, drive performance via coaching and accountability, and execute operational strategies that support claims, discipline, and enterprise objectives. Key Responsibilities Participate in special projects as a subject‑matter expert Manage and oversee vendor performance Oversee responses to highly complex arbitration contentions Oversee negotiation of highly complex claim settlements Oversee resolution of highly complex customer conflicts or issues Analyze unit reports and support achievement of business unit objectives Define, analyze, and track department, section, and unit measures Review employee work quality and customer interactions through ride‑alongs, sit‑alongs, and file reviews Skills & Qualifications Bodily Injury Claims Claims Processing Communication Conflict Management Employee Supervision Negotiation Performance Management (PM) Prioritization Time Management Compensation Base compensation offered for this role is: Team Lead I: $68,500.00–$104,100.00 Team Lead II: $70,100.00–$110,400.00 Associate Manager: $80,000.00–$124,600.00 Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. Total compensation may also include incentive pay (commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable.
