Human Resources Administration, Manager (Process Operation)

Overview Business Unit : Company 3 Position : Human Resources Administration, Manager Location : US (Remote) Pay Range : $90,000 - $120,000 USD annually Main Duties The Manager, HR Administration is responsible for managing all US HR administrative aspects of the Human Resources function. This is a process-focused role (not an HR Business Partner or HRIS position). The role analyzes, develops, and implements processes and improvement strategies across all HR backend transactional services and manages the HR Administration team to maintain and improve all major US backend services. This position reports to the Sr. HR Director, US. It is remote with occasional onsite responsibilities. Ensure the effective transfer of information between HR stakeholders, Payroll, IT, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Legal, HRIS, etc., supporting all HR administration. Partner with the Sr. Director, HR, in the maintenance and updates to HR policies and procedures. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency across all transactional services. Analyze and present data and reports to the HR team, including PTO reports, employee census reports, and required training completion reports, ensuring accuracy. Partner in the management of internal and external audits. Document and oversee internal controls governing HR administration. Administer compensation analysis to ensure pay aligns with roles in the organization. Partner with HRIS on the implementation of HR Admin processes. Function in a back-up capacity in the absence of the HR Administration team. Other duties or special projects as assigned. What You Bring The ideal candidate will anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders. They will have advanced systems skills, especially in MS Office Suite/Excel; experience with HR systems or D365 is a plus. They will have prior experience in HR process improvement with strong analytical skills that yield measurable outcomes. They will communicate clearly, consistently, effectively, and professionally through presentations. They will project manage various initiatives to successful completion and operate in a transparent, collaborative fashion. Process-oriented with a track record in organizational process improvement. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively. Ability to see the big picture with a holistic approach. Ability to challenge the status quo constructively and establish ways for the organization to be successful while managing day-to-day HR matters. Ability to anticipate risks and propose practical mitigation plans. Familiarity with NY, CA, GA, and NJ employment law. Project management experience; expert in MS Excel data gathering and reporting; familiarity with multiple ATS/HCM solutions from past work experience. Thrives in a fast-paced environment. Entertainment and/or Media industry experience preferred. The benefits for eligible part-time employees working 25 or more hours per week and full-time employees in the US include a comprehensive package of health, retirement, and insurance benefits and paid time off.
