TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified PACU/Pre-Post Op RN in Decatur, Georgia, 30033!

Job Title

Registered Nurse – PACU

Location

Decatur, GA | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 3 x 12-hour shifts | 10:30 AM – 11:00 PM | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide post-anesthesia care and monitoring to patients recovering from surgical or procedural sedation
• Assess and manage patient pain, vital signs, and airway status in the immediate post-operative period
• Collaborate with anesthesia and surgical teams to ensure safe patient transitions from the OR to the PACU
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately and in a timely manner
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition, initiating appropriate interventions as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — Compact or Georgia state license required at time of submission
• Minimum 18 months of PACU experience
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Professional references available upon request
• Experience working in a high-volume or acute care PACU environment
