Field Service Coordinator

The Field Service Coordinator is responsible for communicating effectively between customers and service technicians; ensuring the customer's needs are addressed and resolved in a timely manner while providing superior customer service.

This is a rotational position 7 days on working from 6pm 6 am, then 7 days off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Organized and detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Expert level Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word skills, phone and filing duties
• Ability to interpret and understand geographic information portrayed on a map.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Product knowledge with Catwalks, Top Drives and Wrenches
• Previous dispatcher experience and/ or experience with drilling equipment.
• Spanish speaking

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Requires close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Typically works in a moderately noisy, business office environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for answering the phone and talking directly to customer to receive information concerning the job.
• Liaise as required with customers and technicians.
• Communicate effective and provide superior customer service
• Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries
• Responsible for dispatching technician and communicating with customer on ETA.
• Responsible for entering in tickets in D365 and Work Orders in myMaintenance
• Understand and comply with all legal requirements and company policies and procedures, including, but not limited to: Finance, Human Resources, Legal and Compliance, Quality and HSES, etc.
• Financial responsibilities will be communicated by manager and/or local or global Delegation of Authority, when applicable
• Compliance with all Nabors Policies, Systems, and Standards, including, but not limited to: Compliance and Legal, Finance, Human Resources, Quality and HSE, etc.
• Other duties as assigned
