Neonatologist

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neonatologist to join a highly collaborative physician-led NICU team. The position offers modern facilities and strong subspecialty support. There is a flexible home-call schedule available in a vibrant community. The role includes providing neonatology coverage for a Level-III NICU with 10 beds and approximately 1,000 annual births. You will deliver care for newborns in a 20-bed newborn unit with daily support from Neonatal Nurse Practitioners. Participate in a 3-physician neonatal staffing model ensuring collaborative clinical coverage. Daily rounding in NICU and newborn settings is required. You will provide clinical oversight and management of critically ill and premature infants. Support admissions, stabilization, and ongoing management of neonatal patients. Collaboration with nursing staff, NNPs, and multidisciplinary care teams is essential. Participate in home-based call coverage rotation for NICU responsibilities. The position supports a flexible schedule structure backed by daytime APP/NNP coverage. Contribute to maintaining high-quality, evidence-based neonatal care in a renovated, state-of-the-art facility.
