Notre croissance s’accélère, et nous cherchons un(e) Account Manager pour accompagner nos nouveaux clients dans leur expérience Felicity. Gérer la relation client de A à Z, en assurant un suivi personnalisé et la mise en relation avec des célibataires qui leur correspondent. Assurer la croissance et la satisfaction de son portefeuille clients. Améliorer nos outils et processus pour offrir un accompagnement toujours plus exceptionnel. Contribuer au recrutement et à la formation de nos futurs Account Managers. Pourquoi nous rejoindre ? Tu as +4 ans en Account Management, Customer Success ou un rôle similaire, idéalement en start-up ou scale-up B2C.Tu es empathique, à l’écoute et capable de t’adapter à différents types de personnalités.Tu connais bien les tendances actuelles du marché du dating et comprends les attentes des célibataires.Tu es structuré(e), rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et capable de gérer plusieurs missions en parallèle.Tu excelles dans l’art de convaincre et de gérer les objections.Tu maîtrises idéalement notre CRM (Pipedrive). #J-18808-Ljbffr Felicity
