Front Desk Associate

About the Role As the Front Desk Associate, you are the first and last impression clients have when visiting our facility. Your role is essential in creating a warm, professional, and supportive environment for our clients and staff. You’ll be responsible for front-of-house operations, client communication, and supporting the team to ensure a smooth and exceptional experience. Responsibilities Greet clients with a welcoming, professional attitude Manage client check-ins and appointments using our scheduling system (WellnessLiving) Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously Support new client onboarding (intake forms, waivers, reminders) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and client-facing areas Assist in scheduling sessions and ensuring accurate calendars for trainers/therapists Process payments and manage point-of-sale transactions Monitor client retention metrics and follow-up communication Perform light cleaning duties throughout the studio including wiping equipment, organizing common spaces, and tidying up between sessions Restock locker rooms with towels, toiletries, and other supplies as needed Support marketing campaigns, events, and workshop registrations Manage studio supplies, towels, and light opening/closing tasks Qualifications Prior front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling/POS software Detail-oriented, dependable, and solutions-focused Ability to multitask in a fast-paced wellness environment Passion for health, wellness, and helping others Must be available for evenings and at least one weekend shift Must be able to lift at least 25lbs Preferred Skills Familiarity with booking platforms Interest in fitness, massage therapy, physical therapy, or nutrition Experience working in a gym, studio, or healthcare setting Equal Opportunity Statement Nesfield Performance is committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace. #J-18808-Ljbffr Nesfield Performance
