Role Description This is a part‑time, on‑site Front Desk Associate role located in Falls Church, VA. The Front Desk Associate will be responsible for front desk operations, greeting and assisting clients, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a welcoming studio environment. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide an excellent client experience and professional interactions Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties for handling client inquiries and managing appointments Basic Computer Literacy and ability to work efficiently with scheduling software and other tools Ability to work well in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment Previous experience in a customer‑facing or receptionist role is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Symmetry Salon Studios®
