Position Summary:

As a Field Supervisor for HVAC Installs at Airo Mechanical, you will play a pivotal role in our install execution process. You will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the labor force, inspection call ins, install quality, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with a talented team of professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution of installs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the labor force as necessary.
• Ensure the installs meet quality requirements.
• Provide ancillary support for warranty and specific service calls when necessary.
• Ensure a positive customer experience for the install process.
• Collaborate with sales, PM's, and other team members to ensure successful project execution.
• Be eager and willing to collaborate with all levels of job duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer.
• Proficiency in software and tools (e.g., Sales Force, Excel, Office products).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, codes, and industry best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at a time.
• The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
• Constantly works in outdoor weather conditions.
• Frequently remains in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
• Frequently makes substantial repetitive movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
• Frequently moves and raises materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
• Frequently communicates with the public (e.g., potential clients, job candidates, vendors) via phone, email, and in-person, as well as colleagues, on assigned tasks and projects.
