Service Technician III - Breckenridge

We look for a maintenance technician who will maintain dwellings, repair appliances, and manage maintenance tickets. Job Responsibilities Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner Provide excellent customer service to residents Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC units as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling Comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies Handle other general maintenance tickets as assigned Requirements At least 3 years of HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills EPA Certified (Type 2 or Universal) HVAC installation experience HVAC troubleshooting experience Apartment maintenance experience is a plus Passing a criminal background check required Ability to lift 100 lbs.
