Job Overview Financial Services Strategy Manager/Senior Manager – responsible for developing deep business strategy, architecture, and operating model skills to influence client agendas across business, technology, and operations. Client Delivery and Development Develop trust‑based relationships with senior clients. Shape and lead business strategy and transformation engagements. Develop compelling responses to new business opportunities. Build and manage strong client and Accenture teams. Assess and manage risks and issues and adjust as needed. Ensure business outcomes are achieved. Practice Building Develop expertise in specific practice specialty areas to increase breadth and depth of knowledge. Elevate the brand and marketplace presence through conference participation, thought leadership, and offering development. Provide coaching and mentoring to analysts, consultants, and managers. Meet travel requirements, which may be up to 75‑100% of work time. Basic Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Financial Services, focusing on Retirement or Insurance (P&C and/or Life). Demonstrated leadership of strategic and operational transformation initiatives with experience delivering business and digital transformation, including operating model transformation, digital enablement, new product or business incubation, market expansion, cost optimization, and end‑to‑end process transformation. 4+ years of experience at an external consulting firm, partnering directly with senior client stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred Qualifications MBA or equivalent advanced degree. Compensation Annual salary ranges vary by location and role level.
