Founding Recruiting Coordinator — Talent Operations Leader

Arena Intelligence is hiring its first Recruiting Coordinator to act as the operational engine of our Talent team. You will orchestrate multi-stage interview processes, manage scheduling, and ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience. You’ll work directly with founders, the Head of Talent, and executive leadership to attract top AI researchers and engineers.
