Pay: Commission, based on performance

Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods and key opportunities for maximizing earnings.

What You'll Do

• Inspect vehicles to identify necessary repairs and maintenance
• Communicate with customers to understand their concerns and provide recommendations
• Estimate costs and time required for repairs and maintenance
• Coordinate with technicians to prioritize and schedule work
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services performed

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in an automotive service environment
• ASE certification in Service Consulting (C1) or equivalent
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures
• You will be able to operate a computer and use software programs
• Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) and other industry-specific software
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
