What You'll Do:
Receive communication from insurance companies regarding our clients' policies and respond accordingly
Provide courtesy notifications to clients whose premium payments are late
Assist clients with servicing of existing policies, including:
- Beneficiary and ownership changes
- Bank changes
- Premium mode changes
- Duplicate policy requests
- Agent of Record changes
- Coverage reductions
- Over-age policy conversion
- Lapse and reinstatement
- Cancellation
- Death claims
- Update database to reflect policy changes and changes to client contact information
- Communicate with clients' financial institutions and insurance companies to process collateral assignments of life insurance policies
- Process policy suspension due to military deployment and reinstatement from suspension
- Provide high-quality customer service to established clientele
What You'll Bring:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Skills:
- High-level customer service skills
- Superior attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and balance demanding workload in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook and Word
Compensation:
The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
