What You'll Do:

Receive communication from insurance companies regarding our clients' policies and respond accordingly

Provide courtesy notifications to clients whose premium payments are late

Assist clients with servicing of existing policies, including:

• Beneficiary and ownership changes
• Bank changes
• Premium mode changes
• Duplicate policy requests
• Agent of Record changes
• Coverage reductions
• Over-age policy conversion
• Lapse and reinstatement
• Cancellation
• Death claims
• Update database to reflect policy changes and changes to client contact information
• Communicate with clients' financial institutions and insurance companies to process collateral assignments of life insurance policies
• Process policy suspension due to military deployment and reinstatement from suspension
• Provide high-quality customer service to established clientele

What You'll Bring:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Skills:

• High-level customer service skills
• Superior attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and balance demanding workload in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook and Word

Compensation:

The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
