Compensation & Incentives: Bonuses: $1,500 sign-on for licensed candidates. Differentials: 10% for evening shifts; 20% for weekends. Starting Salary: $20.84 - 26.05/hour ($41,992.60 - $52,490.75 annually). Office Location: 3535 W Pipkin Road, Lakeland, FL, 33811 How Youll Make a Difference Customer Interaction: Manage incoming calls, collect accident facts, investigate claim details, collect statements from involved parties, and assist in the process of getting our customers back on the road. Problem Resolution: Resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience. Meaningful Impact: Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions. What Were Looking For Experience & Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred. Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided). Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred. Customer-facing Claims experience preferred. Core Skills: Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills. Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.
