What You’ll Do Work on Complex Projects: Design, configure, test, and execute advanced PCA solutions tailored to customer needs. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, Project Managers, and cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. Be a Safety Champion: Promote Schneider Electric’s Safety‑First culture in every aspect of your work. What You Bring Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems. 4+ years of experience in Protection, Control, and Automation projects. Knowledge of Schneider Electric’s LV/MV power systems. Advanced knowledge of: Power systems and protection schemes. Protection relays and relay‑based ATO schemes. Testing protocols for feeder, transformer, bus differential, arc flash, and motor protection. Experience and Proficiency in communication protocols: Modbus, DNP, IEC61850. Experience executing complex relay‑based ATO schemes over IEC61850. Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills. Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically. Familiarity with Schneider Electric’s Medium and Low Voltage systems is a plus. For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is {{PAY_RANGE}} per year. This pay range includes base pay and short‑term incentives. The compensation range for this full‑time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
