Manager - Strategic Sourcing (IFM Categories)This role is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for facility and construction services across assigned accounts. Candidate will ensure procurement standards are developed and maintained throughout the portfolio and ensure consistent account team and client alignment and satisfaction.Ensure the sourcing function is delivering to all client specified requirements, criteria, and contractual obligations.Ensure alignment with all other account functions and collaborate to effectively drive supplier and sourcing strategies on the account(s)Supporting the annual sourcing planning process, driving results through program implementation and monitoring resultsAdminister and maintain Supplier contract files to ensure compliancy and all necessary contract documentation requirementsEnsure compliance to sourcing and contracting policies and proceduresConduct regular market and spend analysis programs to drive cost savings and supplier improvementsConduct local and regional Supplier Performance review meetings, when requested, and manage supplier scorecards, contract compliance and service obligations.Build transparency of Supplier spend and key risks related to our suppliers. Lead reporting of results and opportunitiesPartner with operations team by providing management, detailed instruction and continuous follow-up to support the operations teams in standardized RFP/bid and contract processes. Be proactive and manage internal and external customer expectationsEstablish relationship with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or other contract changes are formally reviewed and approved by legal/risk managementRequired10+ years of strategic sourcing experience3-5 years of people management experience and/or account management experienceBachelor’s Degree, Supply Chain or Procurement preferredThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
