Requirements Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet McDonald’s standards, ensuring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to aid in preparatory tasks. They also monitor departmental goals and help meet targets. They must have open availability to serve guests at any day or time.
