Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Insurance Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls related to insurance and financial products, assist with account servicing, and resolve client inquiries in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls, delivering timely and accurate responses to inquiries about insurance and financial products Assist clients with account servicing, including policy information and transaction updates Research and resolve customer issues while ensuring high service levels and compliance with regulations Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) 2+ years of experience in customer service or a high-volume call center environment Proven ability to manage difficult conversations and de-escalate customer concerns Experience navigating multiple systems efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
