Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven healthcare sales experience (home care, home health, or hospice preferred)
- Established local network within hospitals, physicians' offices, senior communities, and healthcare providers
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales/admissions goals
- Strong relationship-building and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
About the Role
We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Home Care Sales Account Executive to join our growing team in Ft. Lauderdale. This is an opportunity to play a key role in expanding our presence in the community while helping patients and families access high-quality home health services.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior living communities, and other healthcare providers
- Promote skilled home health services through in-person sales calls, presentations, and community outreach
- Execute a strategic sales plan to consistently meet and exceed monthly admissions targets
- Serve as the primary liaison between referral sources and the clinical care team to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Represent the organization professionally at networking events and industry functions
