Senior Category Manager

Leading category strategy and insights, the full-time Senior Category Manager will drive growth across traditional retail and digital commerce channels while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven recommendations and optimize category performance in Franklin, TN. Key responsibilities Develop and execute category management strategies to drive growth for the Company and retail customers Analyze consumer, shopper, and market trends to identify opportunities and deliver actionable recommendations Partner with eCommerce teams to optimize digital shelf performance and enhance online shopper engagement Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, analytics, economics, or a related field 5-10 years of experience in Category Management, Shopper Insights, or related CPG commercial functions Experience supporting major retail customers and omnichannel/eCommerce environments Strong understanding of consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry dynamics Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred
