Commercial Loan Officer - Oklahoma City, OK A growing, community-focused financial institution is seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Officer with a strong Commercial Real Estate (CRE) background to join its Oklahoma City team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a relationship-driven lender who enjoys developing new business, managing an established portfolio, and helping local businesses succeed. You'll have the support of local decision-makers, a competitive compensation package, and the ability to make a direct impact in the market. What You'll Do Develop and expand commercial banking relationships throughout the Oklahoma City market. Generate new commercial loan and deposit opportunities through business development and networking. Analyze financial statements, tax returns, and credit information to structure sound lending solutions. Prepare and present credit requests for approval. Manage and grow an existing commercial loan portfolio while maintaining strong asset quality. Cross-sell treasury management, deposit products, and other banking services. Conduct annual relationship reviews and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. What We're Looking For 8+ years of commercial lending experience in the Oklahoma City market or surrounding area. Strong Commercial Real Estate (CRE) lending experience with knowledge of C&I and small business lending. Proven success in business development, portfolio management, and relationship banking. Strong commercial credit analysis, underwriting, and loan structuring skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
