Principal Customer Integration Engineer, Product & Process Engineering (HBM)

Responsibilities Apply deep technical knowledge across one or several domains such as product engineering, system engineering, build, front‑end/back‑end process, PFA, qualification, or test. Support integration of customer requirements into internal design and manufacturing processes. Participate in technical reviews, debug sessions, and failure analysis activities. Work closely with internal teams across build, product engineering, and manufacturing to resolve technical challenges. Assist in yield improvement and qualification efforts tied to customer programs. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related technical field. Hands‑on experience in one or more areas: product development, systems build, development, front‑end/back‑end process, PFA, qualification, or test. Collaborate with Customer Integration Lead and Technical Leader during technical discussions with customers. Preferred Qualifications Provide clear technical updates and documentation for internal and external collaborators. Develop expertise beyond primary subject area by engaging in cross‑training and on‑the‑job learning. Stay informed on HBM architecture, packaging technologies, and industry standard processes. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, quickly adapt to new technical domains, and communicate effectively while collaborating across teams.
