Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at WellSpan, you will engage with couples and families to assess, diagnose, and treat a range of mental health challenges. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each family.

• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples and individual family members, addressing issues such as interpersonal conflicts, communication difficulties, and overall family dynamics.

• Providing therapeutic interventions for various concerns, including alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, blended family transitions, and coping with medical and job-related stress.

• Documenting therapy sessions and treatment progress in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Your expertise will be crucial in supporting a diverse patient population comprising adults, children, and adolescents. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
