Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC equipment, interpreting blueprints, and producing high-quality precision parts while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, or other machining equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.
- Perform quality inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Load raw materials and unload finished products.
- Maintain production records and documentation.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous CNC machining or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
