Healthcare Realty (NYSE:HR), a real estate investment trust, is recruiting for a full-time Assistant Property Manager for medical office buildings in Colorado Springs, CO. This position is onsite. The pay range is $34 -38/hour with an annual bonus. To view our employee benefits, please go to Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer including Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabilities**Assistant Property Manager Job Requirements*** Two+ years progressively responsible commercial property management experience.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Strong organization and analytical skills.* Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.* Preferred four-year college degree**Assistant Property Manager Job Skills*** Acts as primary contact with tenants; directly involved with all aspects of property operations and daily administrative tasks.* Perform periodic regular property inspections. Recommends alterations, maintenance and reconditioning as necessary. Contracts for vendor selection and oversight.* Perform routine property accounting functions such as AP processing and AR reporting. Assist with development of bi-annual forecasts for operating and capital expenses.* Support various tenant focused programs and initiatives.* Work with tenants, building maintenance staff and vendors to ensure work orders are complete.* Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
