Travel PACU Nurse (RN) - Kernersville, North Carolina

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a PACU setting required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong assessment and clinical judgment abilities
• Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, individualized nursing care to post-operative patients
• Closely monitor vital signs, pain levels, and overall patient status
• Administer medications, treatments, and post-anesthesia interventions as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia professionals, and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and families on post-operative care and discharge instructions
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all patient interactions
