HR Coordinator

Adecco is supporting their customer in Anaheim, CA hire for an HR Coordinator.

The Human Resources Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for employees and managers across a broad range of HR functions. This role supports the full employee lifecycle - from recruitment and onboarding through performance management, benefits administration, and offboarding - while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities including job posting, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.

• Conduct pre-employment screening, background checks, and reference verifications.

• Prepare offer letters and new hire documentation in compliance with company policy.

• Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.

• Maintain and update job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.

Employee Relations

• Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and programs.

• Assist with the investigation and resolution of employee relations issues, escalating complex matters to the HR Manager.

• Support a positive workplace culture by promoting open communication and adherence to company values.

• Facilitate employee recognition programs and engagement initiatives.

• Document and maintain accurate records of employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, and grievances.

The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in HR operations and meet the following requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)

• Manufacturing or warehouse HR experience

• Payroll and workers' compensation experience

• Employee relations and investigations experience

• Experience with UKG or other HRIS systems

• Knowledge of California labor law

• Full-cycle recruitment experience (Preferred)

The pay ranges are as follows:

• HR Coordinator: $25-$32 (DOE)

Pay Details: $25.00 to $32.00 per hour
