Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for SLP licensure

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students as needed
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and special education staff
• Deliver direct therapy services, monitor progress, and update documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Counsel and support students and their families regarding communication challenges
• Participate in IEP meetings, team planning sessions, and professional development
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to confidentiality standards
