Department Manager Jerry's is excited to announce a new career opportunity on our Management Team. The Job Ensuring the safety of Team Members and customers Delivering World Class Customer Service and Jerry's business strategies Observe, coach, and teach Sales & Stocking Team Members on all work processes Planning & managing department work and labor resources Partnering with Purchasing and Merchandising Teams to ensure merchandising plans are properly executed Other duties as assigned Requirements Commitment to Jerry's Value Mission, Customer Experience Delivery Principles, and Jerry's Strategic Priorities Display and attitude that is courteous, tactful, diplomatic, outgoing, and friendly Passion to teach, coach, and develop a successful team Keen awareness of, and attentiveness to, customer & Team Member needs Ability to assess customer service needsAbility to communicate effectively and maintain productive working relationships Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational & time-management skills, and attention to detail Compensation Annual compensation starting at $50,000 to $70,000, including Commission Shares and overtime Full-time position with Medical, Dental, Vision, and Disability benefits 401(k) and Employee Stock Ownership Program Schedule Scheduled 40 - 45 hours weekly and will include opening, closing, and weekend shifts Typically 5 days a week with rotating regular schedule which includes every-other weekend off, and one day off per week Position available at our Eugene and Springfield locaitons Jerry's Home Improvement Center is a drug-free work environment and an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
