Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, you will engage with couples and families to deliver therapy that addresses a range of challenges affecting their mental health. Your specific duties will include:

• Conducting initial assessments to develop personalized therapy plans for couples and family members.

• Facilitating therapy sessions in a variety of formats, including virtual telemedicine appointments and, when appropriate, in-person meetings.

• Utilizing different therapeutic modalities to address issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological or physical abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and separation or divorce.

• Collaborating with patients to enhance communication skills and problem-solving strategies to foster healthier relationships.

• Tracking progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Documenting sessions in accordance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n
