Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will be responsible for providing individual, couple, and family therapy tailored to your clients' unique needs. You will:

• Facilitate sessions with couples and families, focusing on improving communication and resolving conflicts.

• Address a wide range of issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological abuse, grief and loss, job stress, and family dynamics.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote emotional healing and resilience.

• Document all interactions and progress notes accurately in our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with diverse client groups, including individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges such as blended family issues, separation and divorce, and parent-child conflicts. Your expertise will help guide clients through complex emotional landscapes, aiding their adjustment to significant life changes and improving overall mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Current and active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
