CRM & Enablement Tools Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive CRM & Enablement Tools Manager to oversee the CRM product roadmap for Retail Investments, acting as the strategic bridge between Sales stakeholders and the delivery team. This individual would lead discovery, translate needs into prioritized user stories, and govern solution design to ensure the simplest scalable solutions, strong data integrity and high user adoption across the organization.The ideal candidate brings deep hands‑on experience with Salesforce, thrives in a dynamic environment with competing priorities, and is naturally inquisitive—someone who looks beyond 'what' to understand the 'why.'
