Regional Sales Manager, Respiratory Health

Regional Sales Manager overseeing respiratory health product sales across Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Missouri, Northern Texas, and Northern Louisiana. Leads a team of Account Executives and Clinical Specialists while developing regional strategy and managing customer relationships to achieve sales quotas.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed regional sales quotas and develop comprehensive annual strategic plans
• Lead and manage Account Executives and Clinical Specialists team
• Build strong relationships with internal operations, finance, and support functions
• Partner with peer leaders to develop divisional sales policies and strategies
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years top-level sales performance in medical device or healthcare
• 3+ years leadership experience in medical device or healthcare
• Demonstrated success hiring, developing, and managing sales teams
• Strong customer relationship building and management skills
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and valid driver's license

Compensation: $152,000-$170,000 base annually, plus sales incentive compensation
