Executive Assistant to C-Suite Leadership Position Summary Our client is seeking a highly professional, polished, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to executive leadership. This individual will serve as a trusted partner and extension of the executive team, acting as a liaison between leadership, clients, business partners, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional written and verbal communication skills, advanced business acumen, and the ability to manage highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, resourceful, organized, and capable of anticipating needs while ensuring seamless execution of critical business initiatives. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to C-Suite executives. Manage complex calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, meetings, and executive priorities. Serve as the primary point of contact between executive leadership and clients, business partners, vendors, and internal teams. Draft, edit, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence, legal letters, executive communications, reports, presentations, and other business documents. Prepare meeting agendas, presentation materials, reports, and executive briefing documents. Coordinate and manage confidential projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. Screen communications, prioritize requests, and exercise sound judgment regarding executive time and attention. Track action items and follow up with stakeholders to ensure completion and accountability. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive business, legal, financial, and personnel matters. Assist with contract administration, document management, and executive-level correspondence. Coordinate client meetings, board meetings, and special events as needed. Anticipate executive needs and proactively identify solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Establish and maintain professional relationships with key clients and stakeholders on behalf of executive leadership. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred. 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, C-Suite leadership, or business owners. Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills required. Real Estate experience and understanding is a plus. Demonstrated ability to draft professional business correspondence and legal-style letters with minimal supervision. Strong understanding of business etiquette and executive-level interactions. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent organizational, time management, and project coordination skills. Proven ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism. Ability to prioritize competing demands and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with outstanding follow-through and accountability. Preferred Attributes Highly polished and professional presence. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Self-directed, proactive, and resourceful. Ability to communicate effectively with executives, attorneys, clients, and external partners. Demonstrated track record of managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional accuracy. Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and commitment to excellence.
