In this role, you will be required to enter and maintain all financial recording using QuickBooks Software Online.
Previous construction or manufacturing knowledge is a plus!
The ideal candidate will need to be detail- oriented, highly organized and have a strong understanding of QuickBooks Accounting Software.
Candidate will be a team player and continuously strive to improve departmental and over-all company performance and goals. Responsibilities
- Process all accounts payable, accounts receivable, receipts etc., daily
- Review and balance all bank and credit card statements monthly for accuracy
- Master of creating excel spreadsheets or google sheets
- Invoice all jobs and track all payments for sales weekly
- Prepare all basic financial reports and records
- Answer phones and greet all front door guests professionally
- File and prepare any 1099's for EOY
- File Sales Tax Reports as needed Quarterly or Annually
- Work and coordinate directly with owners on any pertinent financial matters
- Social Media Marketing experience is a plus
- Prior experience as a Data Entry/Bookkeeper with QB is a MUST! No Experience need not apply!
- Must be proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Word, 10-key and basic accounting.
- Multi-tasking is essential and strong mathematical and analytical skills are needed.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
- Dependability and self-motivated.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
