As a Teller, you will assist customers with various financial needs, process transactions, and provide exceptional customer service while managing risk and fraud prevention. Responsibilities Welcome customers, minimize wait times and assist with banking needs. Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. Handle cash, maintain accurate cash drawer balances. Adhere to all bank policies, compliance, and risk management protocols to prevent fraud. Recognize opportunities and cross‑sell bank products to deepen customer relationships. Engage customers and use digital tools to educate on self‑service options. Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Support nearby branch locations as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 6+ months of cash handling experience. 6+ months of customer service experience. Excellent customer service skills and passion for helping others. Ability to identify and promptly report risk concerns to appropriate channels. Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures. Effective listening and communication skills. Comfortable using digital tools and technology to enhance customer engagement. Energetic, organized, and able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Understanding of the necessity and value of accuracy and attention to detail. Computer proficiency and basic math skills. Availability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings. Mandatory mandatory maximum : 6+ months cash handling. Mandatory mandatory maximum : 6+ months customer service.
